Turned out Lots of Forms (18) need to have Fee Line-Item Code before I can publish
There are 3 forms that need their tags to be changed
Need to inform Permitting and Compliance staffs and standardize the Certification Statement
I have corrected all links and fix the 3 forms tags. The next step is to standardize the Certification Statement. I sent the email for feedback on 08/26/2026 |

| Details | This came up when Julie mention that she withdraws application after 31 days of no payment.
The better way is to require payment before submission. I've tested this and it works the only challenge is submissions with "Payment Due" mode do not get deleted. Need to consult Windsor on this |
